Sean, London




Sean has a corporate and English language training background, as well as extensive business management experience.


He is CELTA qualified and has an MA in International Economics and Management. In his spare time he enjoys business and current affairs, sports, fitness and travel.


Course available: General English; English for Exams; Academic English; English for Teachers; Business English; ESP: English for Human Resources; English for Business Administration; English for Finance; Business Skills Training.

Lydia, Brighton



Lydia has been an English teacher for 6 years, teaching all levels and ages, in a traditional classroom and 1:1.


She has a wide range of interests, including running, swimming and gardening in her allotment.


She also loves socialising with her large extended family.


She is a Young Learner, Business English and Exam specialist (PET, FCE, IGCSE, CAE, Proficiency) and IELTS.



Pauline, Brighton




Pauline holds a Masters Degree in Latin and French and worked for may years as a language teacher in a prestigious private school.


She now uses her extensive teaching experience and linguistic expertise to provide 1:1 homestay tuition to students of all ages and levels.


Pauline loves swimming and Zumba, as well as walking and cycling in the countryside where around her home.



Alex, Brighton



Alex has been teaching English for more than 10 years, in language schools and as a 1:1 home tutor.


She has taught all ages and all levels and has a 1st Class BA hons in Education. She is a qualified swimming instructor and teaches pre-school children in a local swimming pool.



She also runs her own business as a fashion and style consultant and loves walking in the local countryside.



Ian, Hastings




Ian worked as an in-house corporate trainer in Holland, before moving to live in Moscow for nearly 10 years, working as  an english teracher and trainer.


He teaches all ages and levels and is a Business English and Exam specialist.


He is a keen sports fan, going cycling and running, and watching football, rugby and athletics.






Helen, Oxford




Helen has been teaching for more than 30 years. She began her career as a primary school teacher before moving into adult education.


She has an MPhil from the University of Cambridge and is a published author in learning and creativity.


Helen interests include painting and sculpture, ballet, educational research and computing.
