Soccer-mad Ramon turned 16 during his 1:1 English language course.
Here's what he wrote about his experience:
"I stayed with a family for 6 weeks in a town called Steyning, near Brighton. It was a very interesting experience and now I love scones, which are like small cakes eaten with cream and jam!
It’s great to go to England to learn English because you learn a lot. You talk to the family every day, you meet people and you get the chance to speak a lot of English.
It was nice to see so many English buildings too such as Windsor Castle, The Royal Pavilion in Brighton and Buckingham Palace in London.
You get the chance to work with the teacher on your own and to choose topics which you are interested in such as football - now I can talk much more easily about English football!
I really enjoyed my trip!"
